The Loft

The studio is located on the industrial area of the Georg-Knorr Park. Originally part of the Knorr-Bremse site, the site was acquired by Laborgh Investment GmbH, which is planning the Konnekt Berlin-Marzahn project there, a contemporary mix of residential and commercial space.
The old gas station on the site has been converted into the Y’Not Art-Loft production studio by Cosmic Artists. The team of artists has specialized in acrobatic and artistic show concepts and staging for corporate events, trade shows and sporting events worldwide for 20 years. As a creative center, it is now available to artists, producers and media partners for various projects.
The loft has a total size of 270m2, divided into three rooms. Loading and unloading is possible barrier-free through large gates, parking spaces are available in sufficient numbers. S-Bahn and tram stops are 1-3min away.

Artist Space

The studio meets all requirements for professional rehearsals and artistic projects. Floor acrobatics, Chinese Pole, aerial artistry, tumbling or trampoline acts can be trained intensively and safely. Large open spaces are available as well as a full ceiling height of 5.50m to 7.50m, equipped with truss and pulley systems for stunt and acrobatic rehearsals. Hard rubber mats, Marleyfloor and gymnastics runners are available as floor coverings, and the entire hall floor is tiled.
A sound and light system, fog machines (incl. hazer), video walls and other professional equipment (landing mats, mirrors, etc.) are available.

Productions

The old historic brick building offers many possible uses. It is multifunctional and customizable for photo shoots, show and film productions, stunt rehearsals, workshops, incentives or events.
The large electric gates, high ceilings and cool industrial style make this location a special spot in Berlin. The studio offers a kitchen, toilet (showers and additional toilets in the basement can be shared on request) 16A power current, daylight.
Individual rooms as well as the entire loft can be booked by the hour, for a few days or longer periods.

Due to the large rooms and gates, the location is well suited for Corona compliant productions.
